Yes, you can apply for positions online even if you don't have a resume. Your completed, online application will allow us to compare your skills and experience against the job requirements.

When you apply online, you will receive an email response acknowledging your application submission. Our recruitment staff will promptly review your application. If you meet the qualifications of the position, you will be contacted within a 2-4 week timeframe. Per diem is Latin "per day" or “for each day.” Employees who are per diem are scheduled on an as-needed basis and are not eligible to receive benefits. Please note that due to the large volume of applicants for positions, we are not able to respond to all applications.

When you have accepted an offer for a position, it is a pre-requisite that you successfully pass a pre-employment health screen and have proof of certain tests and immunizations. 

Human Resources will guide you through the onboarding process. Some paperwork is completed online, and some is completed by appointment in the Human Resources office. You will also need to visit Occupational Health for drug testing and they will schedule a pre-employment physical and review of your health requirements. You will be asked to complete a criminal record release form, as well as authorize verification of your past employment and education. If you have been hired into a position that requires a license or certification, your credentials will be verified. You will need to complete a W4 form for taxes, bring in your license plate number for your parking pass and sign a confidentiality agreement. You will also have the option of signing up for direct deposit which will require you to provide us with your banking information.

You must provide original documentation that establishes your eligibility to work in the United States according to Federal Law. You will also be required to undergo a criminal background check, pre-employment health screening, reference checks and verification of certification, licensure and/or registration. If your position requires driving a motor vehicle, you will also undergo a motor vehicle record check.

All employees (full-time, part-time and per diem), contract workers, students and volunteers are required to complete Hospital Orientation.

Select clinical staff with direct patient care responsibilities will also be required to attend a multi-day clinically-focused orientation.

Hospital orientation is held twice a month (one day session and one evening session). The orientation program is five hours in length. A light fare is served at both sessions.

Directions to hospital orientation will be provided to you by Human Resources.

Business casual is acceptable for orientation. Please keep in mind that jeans, shorts and similar types of clothing are not considered appropriate for business.

You should park in the visitor parking area directly across the street from the hospital.

When you are called to schedule your interview, you will be advised at that time where you should report for your interview.
