Physical therapy (PT) helps people recover from injury, surgery and medical conditions that affect movement, balance and strength. Our licensed physical therapists complete and comprehensive evaluation and then create personalized treatment plan focused on helping you move more comfortably and safely.

Physical therapy services 

  • Aquatic therapy: Low-impact therapy performed in water to improve strength, movement, flexibility and balance. 
  • Concussion rehabilitation: Target-driven therapies to safely manage brain recovery, including specialized vision, balance, and cognitive exercises to help patients return to school, work, or sports.  
  • Cupping therapy: A treatment using specialized silicone or glass cups placed on the skin to create suction, which helps increase blood flow, reduce muscle tension, and promote cellular repair.  
  • Dry needling: A technique where thin, sterile needles are inserted directly into muscular trigger points to release tight knots, alleviate localized pain, and restore healthy muscle movement.  
  • Neurological rehabilitation: Therapy to improve mobility, strength, coordination and movement after neurological illness or injury. 
  • Orthopedic and sports rehabilitation: Treatment for joint pain, muscle injuries, sports injuries and post-surgical recovery focused on improving strength, mobility and safe return to activity. 
  • Pelvic floor therapy: Specialized therapy for pelvic pain, urinary incontinence, pelvic floor weakness and postpartum recovery.
